Our regular office hours are Monday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also have frequent weekend appointments available for your diagnostic testing. It is our privilege to serve you and we strive to schedule your consultation within one week. Urgent appointments are available the same day.
At your first visit, please bring all your current medication bottles, any available past medical records, and you medical insurance card. This will help us to provide the best medical care possible. We also have our registration forms available at the bottom of the this page if you are able to complete them ahead of time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call our office. Our staff will be happy to assist you. Four you convenience, you may also use our automated message service after our regular business hours. By leaving a message first, it allows the staff to review your records and the prepare the proper information in order to return your call. If it is necessary for you to speak with a physician after hours, please call the emergency room, you will be given information as to which Cardiologist is on call, so you may contact this physician.
The majority of medications are refilled automatically through our electronic prescription service directly to your preferred pharmacy. When calling for a prescription refill, you may use our automated message service. This service is available 24/7, whenever you call our office. Please leave you full name, date of birth, medication name and dosage, and the pharmacy where you would like the prescription filled. We ask that you allow 24 business hours to process your prescription refill. If you are completely out of a medication, please ask to speak directly to one of our staff. Please try to plan ahead and call before you are out of your medication.
We have an automated appointment reminder system that notifies patients two days prior to their appointment via phone, text, or email. We will also call patients one day prior to their appointment if we do not receive a response through our automated system. At your initial visit please let us know how you would like to be notified for your future appointments.
If you have an emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Room at Maui Memorial Medical Center as soon as possible.
